Full text
This collection of investigative and forensic documents from 1999 to 2003 details the criminal case against the group responsible for the 1999 Russian apartment bombings, specifically focusing on the logistics in Kislovodsk and the Mirny settlement. The documents establish that Yusuf Krymshamkhalov and Adam Dekkushev manufactured approximately 12 tons of a homemade explosive mixture consisting of ammonium nitrate, aluminum powder, and hexogen (RDX) in the courtyard of a house in Mirny. This explosive material was disguised as sacks of sugar and transported via a faulty KAMAZ truck to the 'Realbaza khleboproduktov' warehouse in Kislovodsk before being sent to Moscow and Volgodonsk. A key focus is the prosecution of GIBDD officer Stanislav Lyubichev, who allegedly accepted a bribe of one bag of sugar to facilitate the unhindered passage of the explosives through a police checkpoint. Forensic reports explicitly confirm the presence of hexogen and TNT traces on clothing and equipment seized from the suspects, directly linking the Kislovodsk materials to the bombings on Guryanova Street, Kashirskoye Highway, and in Volgodonsk.
