Вопрос: В какую одежду был одет Любичев на момент сопровождения «Камаз»а со взрывчатым веществом, имела ли она какие-либо особенности?
Ответ: Любичев был одет в форменную одежду сотрудника милиции. По поводу особенностей его формы я ничего сказать не могу.
Вопрос: Покажите, где именно Любичев С.С. вышел из автомобиля «Москвич», в котором вы находились, с мешком сахара и куда его отнёс?
Ответ: По просьбе Любичева я отвёз его на Центральный рынок города Кисловодска. Любичев сказал мне, что его жена работает на рынке. Мы подъехали ко входу на рынок, расположенному с противоположной от центрального входа стороны, я не знаю как именно называется данная улица. Любичев вышел из автомобиля и привёл с собой грузчика с тачкой, на которую тот погрузил мешок сахара, после чего ушёл вместе с грузчиком.
Вопрос: Можете ли вы описать этого грузчика?
Ответ: Нет, я не могу его описать.
По окончании допроса свидетелю Деккушеву А.О. было предложено собственноручно изготовить схему места, где Любичев С.С. достал из его автомобиля мешок сахара и с помощью грузчика отнёс на Кисловодский центральный рынок. Изготовленная Деккушевым А.О. схема приобщается к протоколу допроса в качестве приложения.
В 16 часов 13 минут видеозапись приостановлена для ознакомления свидетеля и его адвоката с протоколом допроса и произведённой видеозаписью.
В 17 часов 32 минут видеозапись возобновлена.

Answer: Lyubichev was wearing the uniform of a police officer. I cannot say anything regarding the features of his uniform.

Question: Show exactly where Lyubichev S.S. got out of the 'Moskvich' car you were in with a bag of sugar and where he took it?
Answer: At Lyubichev's request, I drove him to the Central Market of the city of Kislovodsk. Lyubichev told me that his wife works at the market. We drove up to the entrance to the market located on the opposite side from the central entrance; I don't know exactly what this street is called. Lyubichev got out of the car and brought a loader with a cart, onto which he loaded the bag of sugar, after which he left with the loader.

Question: Can you describe this loader?
Answer: No, I cannot describe him.
