В период с 6 по 10 августа 1999 года, с абонентского номера 498-22-76 был один звонок на трубку нашего директора. Дело в том, что у Джадтоева две телефонные трубки, одна из которых с определителем номера и имеет № 8-8652-22-229. Именно на этот номер звонил абонент, заключивший договор от имени Мельниковой М.П. Это было вечером, я находилась в машине с Джадтоевым. После вызова, Джадтоев взял трубку, сказал «Алло», после чего положил трубку, так как ему показался странным этот звонок. Он спросил меня, чей это номер и я осмотрев на высвеченный номер, сказала, что это звонит тот человек, с которым директор поздоровался тогда в офисе при заключении договора от имени Мельниковой. Директор вспомнил этот случай и сказал, что это был Ачемез.

Хочу также добавить, что в ночь с 1 на 2 сентября 1999 года на автомашине Артура Джадтоева ВАЗ-21099 гос. № А 866 АТ-26, мы ездили в г. Москву, куда прибыли 03 сентября. Жили в Москве в гостинице по ул. Подольских курсантов. С 13 по 18 сентября мы жили в гостинице ОАО «Леспром», которая находится на Варшавском шоссе, д. 145 «в», корпус 7. Цель нашего пребывания в Москве были отдых и приобретение трубок мобильных телефонов. В Москве мы встречались с друзьями — Абаевым Ахматом, Адилем, Альбертом и [Лен]ой и Артуром. Больше ни с кем, в том числе с вышеуказанными мужчинами, которые приобретали у нас трубки мобильной связи, мы не встречались.

Statement

For each concluded contract from the firm, we, as dealers, receive 676 rubles. From this amount, we receive percentages in the form of salary. According to contract GK-21, the mobile phone subscriber received the number: 498-22-76.

In the period from August 6 to 10, 1999, there was one call from subscriber number 498-22-76 to our director's handset. The thing is that Dzhadtoev has two telephone handsets, one of which has caller ID and has the number 8-8652-22-229. It was this number that the subscriber who concluded the contract in the name of M.P. Melnikova called. This was in the evening; I was in the car with Dzhadtoev. After the call, Dzhadtoev picked up the handset, said 'Hello', after which he hung up, as this call seemed strange to him. He asked me whose number it was, and I, having looked at the displayed number, said that it was that person whom the director had greeted then in the office during the conclusion of the contract in Melnikova's name. The director remembered this instance and said that it was Achemez.

I also want to add that on the night of September 1 to 2, 1999, in Artur Dzhadtoev's car, a VAZ-21099, license plate A 866 AT-26, we traveled to Moscow, where we arrived on September 03. We lived in Moscow in a hotel on Podolskikh Kursantov St. From September 13 to 18, we lived in the hotel of OAO 'Lesprom', which is located at Varshavskoye Shosse, d. 145 'v', building 7. The purpose of our stay in Moscow was rest and the purchase of mobile phone handsets. In Moscow, we met with friends:

We did not meet with anyone else, including the aforementioned men who purchased mobile communication handsets from us.
