Мне разъяснено, что согласно ст. ст. 73-74 УПК РФ свидетель обязан являться по вызову следователя, может быть допрошен о любых обстоятельствах, подлежащих установлению по данному уголовному делу, и обязан дать правдивые показания; сообщить все известное по делу и ответить на поставленные вопросы.
Мне понятно, что в соответствии со ст. 160 УПК РФ, я имею право дачи показаний написать их собственноручно, ознакомиться после допроса с протоколом и требовать его дополнения, внесений в него правок, которые подлежат обязательному внесению в протокол.

По существу заданных вопросов поясняю следующее: Ранее я допрашивалась в качестве свидетеля следователем ФСБ. Тогда я не изложила все то, что мне известно по делу. В настоящее время я хочу добровольно правдиво рассказать все, что мне известно. В ООО «Центр мобильной связи КМВ-Телеком» я работаю в течение года менеджером. В мои обязанности входит разъяснение клиентам порядка, условий предоставления мобильной связи, а также заключение договоров. Согласно существующей инструкции, которая поступила к нам из г. It has been explained to me that according to Art. 73-74 of the CCP RF, a witness is obliged to appear upon the summons of the investigator, may be interrogated about any circumstances to be established in this criminal case, and is obliged to give truthful testimony; to report everything known about the case and answer the questions posed.
I understand that in accordance with Art. 160 of the CCP RF, I have the right to write the testimony in my own hand, to familiarize myself with the protocol after the interrogation and to demand its supplementation, the making of corrections to it, which are subject to mandatory inclusion in the protocol.

Regarding the substance of the questions asked, I explain the following: Previously I was interrogated as a witness by an FSB investigator. At that time, I did not state everything that I know about the case. At the present time, I want to voluntarily and truthfully tell everything that I know.
