Мне разъяснено, что согласно ст. ст. 73-74 УПК РФ свидетель обязан являться по вызову следователя, может быть допрошен о любых обстоятельствах, подлежащих установлению по данному уголовному делу, и обязан дать правдивые показания; сообщить все известное по делу и ответить на поставленные вопросы.

Мне понятно, что в соответствии со ст. 160 УПК РФ, я имею право дачи показаний написать их собственноручно, ознакомиться после допроса с протоколом и требовать его дополнения, внесений в него поправок, которые подлежат обязательному внесению в протокол.

По существу заданных вопросов поясняю следующее: После террористических актов в г. Москве, г. Волгодонске до нас стали доводить ориентировку и лиц, подозреваемых в совершении указанных преступлений. Нам раздали фотографии, в частности Крымшамхалова. Я его знаю по кличке «Еська». Тогда я и вспомнил, что примерно в начале августа 1999 года в середине дня я проезжал по ул. Фоменко г. It has been explained to me that according to Articles 73-74 of the CCP of the RF, a witness is obliged to appear upon the summons of the investigator, may be interrogated about any circumstances subject to establishment in this criminal case, and is obliged to give truthful testimony; to report everything known about the case and answer the questions posed.

I understand that in accordance with Article 160 of the CCP of the RF, I have the right to write my testimony in my own hand, to familiarize myself with the protocol after the interrogation, and to demand its supplementation or the introduction of amendments into it, which are subject to mandatory inclusion in the protocol.

Regarding the substance of the questions asked, I clarify the following: After the terrorist acts in Moscow and Volgodonsk, they began to provide us with descriptions and persons suspected of committing the specified crimes.
