Ответ: Он пропустил аварийную машину с грузом, на который отсутствовали документы через пост ГИБДД на въезде в Кисловодск.

Ответ: Я, как уже показывал выше, вместе с Деккушевым Адамом на "Москвиче-Святогоре" последнего подъехал ранее автомашины КАМАЗ Магаева к посту ГИБДД. Там я договорился с одним из стоявших на посту сотрудников милиции о том, чтобы он пропустил аварийную автомашину с грузом через пост. Хочу отметить, что на тот момент я был хорошо знаком практически со всеми сотрудниками ГАИ г. Кисловодска и поэтому стоявший на посту сотрудник был мне также знаком, но кто именно это был, в настоящий момент я не помню. Он согласился и тогда я с Деккушевым вернулся чуть назад по дороге и пересел в машину Магаева. Когда КАМАЗ последнего подъехал к посту, то сотрудник ГИБДД увидел меня в кабине и пропустил машину. Я не помню, сопровождал ли он нашу машину до "Реалбазы", но возможно это было.

Вопрос: Зачем Вам было необходимо заранее договариваться о пропуске КАМАЗа через пост, если у Вас, с Ваших слов, было много знакомых в ГАИ г. Кисловодска и можно было, подъехав вместе с Магаевым, решить вопрос о проезде на месте?

Ответ: Мной это было сделано с тем, чтобы не попасть под работу Пятигорского дивизиона ГИБДД. В этом подразделении у меня нет знакомых, а они работают по всей территории Кавминвод и известны своим жестким отношением. Так что знакомство с кисловодскими "гаишниками" при встрече с сотрудниками пятигорского дивизиона вряд ли бы помогло.

I want to note that at that time I was well acquainted with practically all the GAI officers of Kislovodsk, and therefore the officer standing at the post was also known to me, but I do not remember exactly who it was at the moment. He agreed, and then Dekkushev and I went back a bit along the road and I got into Magaev's vehicle. When the latter's KAMAZ approached the post, the GIBDD officer saw me in the cabin and let the vehicle through. I do not remember if he escorted our vehicle to "Realbaza," but it is possible that happened.

Question: Why was it necessary for you to arrange the passage of the KAMAZ through the post in advance if, according to your words, you had many acquaintances in the Kislovodsk GAI and you could have resolved the issue of passage on the spot by arriving together with Magaev?

Answer: I did this so as not to fall under the operation of the Pyatigorsk GIBDD division. I have no acquaintances in that unit, and they work throughout the entire territory of Kavminvody and are known for their tough attitude. So, being acquainted with the Kislovodsk "GAI-men" would hardly have helped in an encounter with officers of the Pyatigorsk division.
