Full text
This collection of documents consists of interrogation protocols, indictment decrees, and medical reports from December 2002 to April 2003 concerning Yusuf Ibragimovich Krymshamkhalov, a key suspect in the 1999 apartment bombings. Krymshamkhalov details the manufacture of over 14 tons of explosives in Mirny under the guise of a paint business and their subsequent transport to Moscow and Volgodonsk. Most significantly, he claims that while in the Pankisi Gorge in 2002, a man named Vakha offered him $3 million to record a video interview falsely accusing FSB officials Nikolai Patrushev, German Ugryumov, and Max Lozovsky of ordering the bombings. The documents also describe a failed plot to bomb the Tsimlyanskaya HPP dam in Volgodonsk, which was abandoned in favor of a residential target due to the dam's size and security. Other mentioned figures include Achimez Gochiyayev, Adam Dekkushev, and Timur Batchaev, with the group's activities allegedly overseen by Emir Al-Khattab and Abu Umar.
