Для этого мы позвонили по оставленному им местному номеру, но там нам ответили, что его нет. Затем мы позвонили к нему домой в Кисловодск и узнали, что он находится там и разыскивает нас. После этого звонка при выходе из переговорного пункта нас задержали сотрудники милиции, отвели в отделение, где записали наши фамилии, а потом отпустили.

На следующий день приехал Деккушев (в это день или на следующий в Москве был взорван первый дом). Из разговора его и Батчаева Тимура я понял, что в Москве был взорван тот груз, который мы отправили на "Мерседесе" и что в нашем КАМАЗе также находится взрывчатка, которую мы должны взорвать. Я понял, что уже сильно "вляпался" и назад пути нет, так как боялся ответственности за участие в этих преступлениях. Меня поставили перед фактом, что ими планируется взрыв плотины Цимлянской ГЭС. Мы выехали к ней и поняли, что взорвать ее практически невозможно из-за размеров и охраны. Здесь хочу отметить, что Деккушев настаивал на варианте с плотиной, а Батчаев ему возражал. Между нами начались разногласия, я и Батчаев выступали за то, чтобы уехать. Между тем нами была куплена у мужчины армянской национальности (как я понял) автомашина ГАЗ-53 с кузовом - будкой. В нее в одном из боксов на территории автопредприятия, где стоял наш КАМАЗ, мы ночью перегрузили мешки со взрывчаткой, также закрыли их картошкой. Часть картошки мы продали. Все деньги были у Деккушева, он производил все расчеты.

После всех наших споров, когда Деккушев настаивал на варианте с плотиной, Батчаев сказал ему примерно следующее: "Вот тебе машина и делай с ней, что хочешь". После чего установил в нее взрывное устройство с таймером (его я не видел), и мы с ним уехали на КАМАЗе в Карачаевск, где поставили его во двор брата Деккушева (его знал Тимур). Деккушев же остался в Волгодонске и, как мне стало известно позднее, попросил армянина, продавшего нам ГАЗ-53, подогнать его к своему дому, что тот и сделал. О произошедшем взрыве я узнал из сообщений средств массовой информации.

Final Actions

• After all our disputes, when Adam Dekkushev insisted on the option with the dam, Timur Batchaev told him something like this: "Here is the car for you, do whatever you want with it."
• After which he installed an explosive device with a timer in it (I did not see it), and he and I left in the KAMAZ for Karachaevsk, where we parked it in the yard of Adam Dekkushev's brother (Timur knew him).
• Adam Dekkushev remained in Volgodonsk and, as I learned later, asked the Armenian who sold us the GAZ-53 to drive it to his house, which he did.
