Full text
This document consists of several official scene inspection protocols recorded on September 9, 1999, immediately following the bombing of the residential building at 19 Guryanova Street in Moscow. The protocols detail investigations led by the SEAD Prosecutor's Office and OVD 'Tekstilshchiki' into the damage sustained by house 19 and surrounding buildings, including houses 11, 13, and 21. Investigators recorded broken windows, structural cracks, and the presence of 'red-brown dust' on vehicles near the epicenter. Notably, Entrance 3 of building 19 could not be inspected due to a lack of safety guarantees following the collapse. These records establish the official procedural timeline and forensic observations at the Guryanova site on the day of the first major Moscow bombing.
