с участием: специалиста ЭКО УВД ЮВАО г. Москвы Уланова С.А.
в присутствии понятых:
1. Егорова Ирина Георгиевна: г. Москва ул. Шоссейная д. 26/10 кв. 66.
2. Ефремова Анна Николаевна: г. Москва ул. Марьинский бульвар д. 10 кв. 348
на основании ст. ст. 178 и 179 УПК РСФСР произвел осмотр места происшествия д. 19 кор. 1 ул. Гурьянова, расположен в 15 метрах параллельно проезжей части ул. Гурьянова, фасадной частью к эпицентру взрыва.
В соответствии со ст. 182 УПК РСФСР составил настоящий протокол. Перед началом осмотра указанным лицам разъяснено их право присутствовать при всех действиях, проводимых в процессе осмотра, и делать заявления, подлежащие занесению в протокол.

At 9:05, a message was received about the explosion of a residential building from the duty officer of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the South-Eastern Administrative District of Moscow to: Moscow, Guryanova St., 19, bldg. 1.
With the participation of: Specialist of the Forensic Science Center of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the South-Eastern Administrative District of Moscow, Ulanov S.A.
In the presence of witnesses:
* Egorova Irina Georgievna: Moscow, Shosseinaya St., 26/10, apt. 66.
* Efremova Anna Nikolaevna: Moscow, Maryinsky Boulevard, 10, apt. 348.
On the basis of Articles 178 and 179 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the RSFSR, an inspection of the scene was conducted: bldg. 19, bldg. 1, Guryanova St., located 15 meters parallel to the roadway of Guryanova St., with its facade facing the epicenter of the explosion.
In accordance with Art. 182 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the RSFSR, this protocol has been drawn up. Before the start of the inspection, the specified persons were informed of their right to be present during all actions carried out during the inspection process and to make statements to be entered into the protocol.
