Понятым, кроме того, в соответствии со ст. 135 УПК РСФСР разъяснена их обязанность удостоверить факт, содержание и результаты осмотра места происшествия.

Специалисту кроме того, разъяснены его обязанности, предусмотренные ст. 133-1 УПК РСФСР, и он предупрежден об ответственности за отказ или уклонение от выполнения обязанностей специалиста.

Осмотр производился в условиях естественного освещения.

Квартира № 49 расположена на 9 этаже 12 этажного дома № 19 по улице Гурьянова в г. Москве в квартире проживают Махонина Татьяна Николаевна. Входная дверь двойная: первая - металлическая вторая деревянная. Обе двери повреждений не имеют. Слева от входной двери расположена кухня, в которой выбиты два стекла двойной рамы большого окна, по правой стене имеются повреждения в виде поперечных трещин, на балконе выбиты два стекла. С левой стороны от кухни расположена комната №1, в которой выбиты два стекла двойной рамы большого окна, по левой стороне от входа в комнату, имеются поперечные трещины, на потолке имеются продольные трещины. С левой стороны от комнаты №1, расположена комната №2, в которой выбито четыре стекла двойной рамы большого окна; смежно с комнатой №2, расположена комната №3 в которой выбиты два стекла

• To the left of the entrance door is the kitchen, in which two panes of the double frame of the large window are broken; on the right wall there is damage in the form of transverse cracks; on the balcony, two panes are broken.
• On the left side of the kitchen is room No. 1, in which two panes of the double frame of the large window are broken; on the left side of the entrance to the room, there are transverse cracks; on the ceiling there are longitudinal cracks.
• On the left side of room No. 1, room No. 2 is located, in which four panes of the double frame of the large window are broken; adjacent to room No. 2, room No. 3 is located, in which two panes are broken.
