В соответствии со ст. 182 УПК РСФСР составил настоящий протокол. Перед началом осмотра понятым и участникам его разъяснено их право присутствовать при всех действиях, проводимых в процессе осмотра, и делать заявления, подлежащие занесению в протокол.

In accordance with Art. 178 and 179 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the RSFSR, an inspection of the scene in apartment 61, building 13, Guryanova St. in Moscow was conducted.

In accordance with Art. 182 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the RSFSR, this protocol was drawn up. Before the start of the inspection, the witnesses and participants were explained their right to be present during all actions carried out during the inspection process and to make statements to be included in the protocol.
