On the basis of Art. 178 and 179 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the RSFSR, an inspection of the scene was conducted at Moscow, Guryanova st. house 13 apt. 7.

In accordance with Art. 182 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the RSFSR, this protocol was drawn up. Before the start of the inspection, the specified persons were explained their right to be present during all actions carried out in the process of the inspection, and to make statements to be entered into the protocol.
