This collection consists of primary investigative documents from the immediate aftermath of the Volgodonsk apartment bombing on September 16, 1999. It includes several 'Protocols of the Inspection of the Scene' detailing structural damage to residential buildings at Oktyabrskoye Shosse 31, 35, and 35a, as well as multiple houses on Gagarina Street. A letter from M. V. Slinko of the 'Volgodonsky Vestnik' television company confirms the transfer of site video footage to the Rostov UFSB on September 21, 1999. The protocols, certified by FSB Investigator V. V. Romanovsky, describe an explosion crater at house 35, the spread of fire through block-sections, and the displacement of balcony slabs. One document describes a basement door at house 63 Gagarina Street being bent inwards, and another notes a pit shaped like the letter 'Г'. An anomalous page concerning 2023 labor law and vacation compensation is included, which appears unrelated to the 1999 investigation timeline.
