Residential building No. 75 is located on the eastern side of building No. 73 along Gagarin St.

The building is nine-story, panel. At the time of inspection, all glass is missing from the windows of the building, most of the window and balcony frames are damaged, on the ground around the building there are numerous glass shards and wooden parts of frames. There are no other visible damages on the building.

At 9 hours 00 min on September 16, 1999, arrived at the scene and from 9 to 10 hours on September 16, 1999, in clear weather and natural lighting, conducted an inspection of the scene of the incident in accordance with Articles 178, 179, and 182 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the RSFSR. The location of the inspection is: residential buildings No. 63, 65, 71, 73, 75 on Gagarin St., Volgodonsk.

The inspection established the following:
* Residential building No. 63 is located at the intersection of Mira St. and Gagarin St.
* The building is nine-story, panel, in the shape of a 'U' (Cyrillic letter П).

Observations

• From the side of the entrances, glass is absent.
• The house consists of two entrances.
• A gas pipe runs along the house.
• In some places on the balconies, frames are absent.
• Trash and glass are scattered around the house.
• From the end of the house, there is an entrance to the basement facing house 58 on Gagarin St.; the door to the basement is bent inwards.
• On the opposite side of the house - along Gagarin St. - glass is completely absent in the windows.
• In some windows, frames are absent.
• In some places on the balconies, there are chips in the slabs.
• Trees are located along the house.
• A pedestrian path is 4-5 meters from the house.
• There is a pit shaped like the letter "Г".
• A large amount of glass and boards are scattered on the lawn.
• Various items are hanging on the trees.
• No cracks were found during the external inspection.

Vacation Compensation Upon Dismissal

In this case, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, you have the right to receive compensation for unused vacation upon dismissal.
