Vacation Compensation Upon Dismissal

In this case, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, you have the right to receive compensation for unused vacation upon dismissal.

According to Article 127 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, upon dismissal, an employee is paid monetary compensation for all unused vacations.

  • The 10 days of vacation that you did not take in 2023 must be compensated.
