В связи с поступившим сообщением «16» сентября 1999 г. в «6» часов от Дежурного УВД о взрыве на ул. Гагарина
в «9» часов «00» мин «16» сентября 1999 г. прибыл на место и с «9» по «10» часов «16» сентября 1999 г. при ясной погоде естественном освещении произвел в соответствии со ст.ст. 178, 179 и 182 УПК РФ осмотр места происшествия. Местом осмотра является: жилые дома № 63, 65, 71, 73, 75 по ул. Гагарина, г. Волгодонска
Перед осмотром понятым разъяснены их права и обязанности.

In connection with a report received on September 16, 1999 at 6 o'clock from the Duty Officer of the Internal Affairs Directorate regarding an explosion on Gagarin St.

At 9 hours 00 min on September 16, 1999, arrived at the scene and from 9 to 10 hours on September 16, 1999, in clear weather and natural lighting, conducted an inspection of the scene of the incident in accordance with Articles 178, 179, and 182 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the RSFSR. The location of the inspection is: residential buildings No. 63, 65, 71, 73, 75 on Gagarin St., Volgodonsk.

Before the inspection, the witnesses were explained their rights and duties.

The inspection established the following:
* Residential building No. 63 is located at the intersection of Mira St. and Gagarin St.
* The building is nine-story, panel, in the shape of a 'U' (Cyrillic letter П).
