Ответ: Нет, я думаю, что они были знакомы ранее. Зандер и Тум[асян]
были подругами и ей было все известно, они близко общались, я это замечал.

подсудимому: Чем объяснить причины уклонения Вас от явок в органы [следствия?]
после того, как Вас первый раз допросили?

Ответ: В сентябре 1999 г., когда не было возбуждено никакого [дела?],
меня неоднократно допрашивали, на меня это воздействовало отрицатель[но], у
меня сразу ухудшалось мое состояние здоровья и я решил не ходить. Дел[о по]
статье терроризма не подлежало возбуждению по амнистии.

подсудимому: По материалам дела усматривается, что Вы были вызван[ы на]
допрос, но не явились, чем Вы это можете объяснить?

Ответ: Я в то время был на Украине, позвонил следователю и сооб[щил],
что у меня больная мать и я вынужден заниматься здоровьем матери и [мне]
некогда приходить на допрос.

  • Answer: No, I think they were acquainted before. Zander and Tumasyan were friends and she knew everything, they communicated closely, I noticed this.

  • Answer: In September 1999, when no case had been initiated, I was repeatedly interrogated; this had a negative effect on me, my health immediately deteriorated and I decided not to go. The case under the terrorism article was not subject to initiation under amnesty.

  • Answer: I was in Ukraine at that time, I called the investigator and reported that I have a sick mother and I am forced to take care of my mother's health and have no time to come for interrogation.
