Duties Explained

• To the witnesses, in addition, in accordance with Art. 135 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the RSFSR, their duty to certify the fact, content and results of the inspection of the scene was explained.
• To the specialist, in addition, his duties provided for by Art. 133-1 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the RSFSR were explained, and he was warned of responsibility for refusal or evasion from performing the duties of a specialist.

The Inspection Revealed

• Apartment No. 49 is located on the 9th floor of a 12-story building No. 19 on Guryanova Street in Moscow. Tatyana Nikolaevna Makhonina resides in the apartment.
• The entrance door is double: the first is metal, the second is wooden. Both doors have no damage.
• To the left of the entrance door is the kitchen, in which two panes of the double frame of the large window are broken; on the right wall there is damage in the form of transverse cracks; on the balcony, two panes are broken.
• On the left side of the kitchen is room No. 1, in which two panes of the double frame of the large window are broken; on the left side of the entrance to the room, there are transverse cracks; on the ceiling there are longitudinal cracks.
• On the left side of room No. 1, room No. 2 is located, in which four panes of the double frame of the large window are broken; adjacent to room No. 2, room No. 3 is located, in which two panes are broken.
