Your inquiry addressed to the First Deputy Minister of Defense — Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation A. V. Kvashnin has been reviewed by instruction at the military commissariat of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic. In connection with this, I report the following.

• According to the data of the alphabetical registration book of conscripts born in 1970 residing in the territory of the city of Karachaevsk and the Karachaevsky district of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, citizen Gochiyaev Achemez Shagabanovich, born in 1970, was registered for military service as a conscript on January 14, 1987.
• On December 15, 1987, the personal file of conscript Gochiyaev Achemez Shagabanovich was sent, based on a request, to the Lyublinsky military commissariat of Moscow (outgoing No. 1078 dated December 15, 1987) for military registration.
• According to the data of the registration card for military ID MK No. 5779145, Sergeant Gochiyaev Achemez Shagabanovich was drafted for military service by the Lyublinsky military commissariat of Moscow on December 21, 1988, and performed military service during the period from December 1988 to December 1990.
• On January 31, 1992, reserve sergeant Gochiyaev Achemez Shagabanovich was registered for military service and is currently registered at the United Military Commissariat (OVK) of the city of Karachaevsk, Karachay-Cherkess Republic.
