Resolution

To accuse Mylnikov Anatoly Viktorovich, born in 1946, a native of the city of Ivano-Frankivsk, Russian, a citizen of Russia, previously repeatedly convicted, head of the economic security service of the "Golden Pages" publishing house, registered at the address: Moscow, Sadovaya-Karetnaya St., 4/6, apt. 82, with a new charge of committing crimes provided for by Part 1 of Art. 205, Part 3 of Art. 30 and Part 4 of Art. 150 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, of which he is to be notified.

Simultaneously, in accordance with Art. 17 and 149 of the RSFSR Code of Criminal Procedure, it was explained to me that as the accused I have the right to:

• Know what I am accused of under the charge brought
• Give explanations and testimony
• File motions
• Familiarize myself with all materials of the case
• Speak in court in my native language and use the services of an interpreter
• Give testimony regarding the circumstances of the case known to me and the evidence available in the case
• Write my testimony in my own hand and request the use of sound recording during interrogations
• Present evidence
• File challenges; to appeal to the court the legality and validity of the arrest
• Familiarize myself with the protocols of investigative actions carried out with my participation, as well as with the materials sent to the court in confirmation of the legality and validity of the application to me of detention as a measure of restraint and the extension of the period of detention
• Familiarize myself upon completion of the preliminary investigation with all the materials of the case, to extract any information from it and in any volume
• Have a defender from the moment the charge is brought, and in case of detention or the application of a measure of restraint in the form of detention before the charge is brought
