УСТАНОВИЛ:
14 июля 2002 г. был задержан и экстрадирован из Грузии в Россию нахо -
(излагается сущность обвинения с указанием даты избрания меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу, сроков нахождения обвиняемого под стражей (также указываются сроки задержания подозреваемого, домашнего ареста, принудительного нахождения в медицинском либо психиатрическом стационаре), сроков предыдущего продления содержания под стражей, истечения сроков содержания под стражей, обоснование невозможности закончить предварительное следствие либо ознакомление обвиняемого и его защитника с материалами уголовного дела в установленный срок и отсутствие оснований для изменения или отмены меры пресечения)
дившийся в розыске по настоящему уголовному делу Деккушев А.О., которому в тот же день на основании постановлений от 19 ноября 1999 г. предъявлено обвинение по ч. 3 ст. 205 и ч. 3 ст. 222 УК РФ и применена мера пресечения в виде содержаний под стражей, срок которой истекает 14 сентября сего года.
Допрошенный по существу инкриминированных ему особо тяжких преступлений, Деккушев признал себя виновным в их совершении совместно с Гочияевым А.Ш., Крымшамхаловым Ю.И., Батчаевым Т.А., Деккушевым А.О., Абаевым Х.М., Сайтаковым Д.Ф., Батчаевым З.А., Аксхабовым Ш.Д., Цокиевым М.Д. и дал подробные показания об обстоятельствах исполнения полученного от

ESTABLISHED:
On July 14, 2002, [he] was detained and extradited from Georgia to Russia, who was wanted
