УСТАНОВИЛ:

16.09.99 г. около 6 часов был совершен террористический акт в виде взрыва д. 35 "а" по ул. Октябрьское шоссе в г. Волгодонске. В результате чего Овчарову А.М. был причинен имущественный, физический и моральный вред, который он оценивает в 1.000.000 млн. руб.

На основании изложенного и руководствуясь ст. 44 УПК РФ,

ПОСТАНОВИЛ:

Признать Овчарова А.М.

гражданским истцом по данному уголовному делу, о чем ему объявить.

HAS ESTABLISHED:

• On 16.09.99 at approximately 6 o'clock, a terrorist act was committed in the form of an explosion of building 35 "a" on Oktyabrskoe Shosse in the city of Volgodonsk.
• As a result, A.M. Ovcharov suffered property, physical, and moral damage, which he estimates at 1,000,000 million rubles.

On the basis of the above and guided by Art. 44 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation,

HAS DECREED:

• To recognize A.M. Ovcharov

  or name of the legal entity)
  as a civil plaintiff in this criminal case, of which he is to be notified.
