В 10 часов 31 минуту, когда была возобновлена видеозапись, приостановленная в 10 часов 21 минуту, к автостоянке грузового автотранспорта, расположенной в городе Волгодонске на пересечении улицы Малая Морская и путепровода, заявил, что узнает место, где он находится, как автостоянку, где им в сентябре 1999 года была куплена автомашина ГАЗ-53 с целью загрузки в него взрывчатого вещества и последующего подрыва. Далее он указал расположенное около путепровода конкретное место, где стояла автомашина, купленная им. После чего в 10 часов 33 минуты видеозапись была прервана для следования к следующему месту проверки показаний обвиняемого Деккушева А.О.
В 10 часов 49 минут видеозапись была возобновлена и обвиняемый Деккушев А.О., прибыв к территории автоколонны 2070 , расположенной на дороге Волгодонск – Цимлянск, заявил, что данное место он узнает, как базу, где происходила перегрузка взрывчатого вещества с одной машины на другую. Далее он указал место, расположенное в левом ближнем углу территории автоколонны, как на место, где стояли автомашины с взрывчатым веществом. Кроме того, он указал бокс, расположенный в здании, находящемся по направлению вдоль от въезда на территорию автоколонны, и заявил, что в указанном боксе происходила перегрузка взрывчатого вещества с одной грузовой машины на другую. Для этого обе машины были загнаны в бокс и поставлены задом друг к другу. Перегрузку осуществляли Крымшамхалов и Батчаев, сам Деккушев закрыл при этом двери бокса и находился снаружи. Всего было перегружено около четырех тонн, а затем машина была перегнана к жилому дому, так как планировавшийся взрыв плотины не мог быть осуществлен в связи с усиленной ее охраной. После чего в 10 часов 53 минуты видеозапись была приостановлена для следования к следующему месту проверки показаний обвиняемого Деккушева.
