Расследования по делу о взрывах бомб в Москве и Волгодонске - как представляется - не приносят конкретных результатов. По-прежнему не известно даже, где был подложен и какой мощности был заряд, взрыв которого в четверг убил в Волгодонске 17, а ранил свыше 400 человек. Проводящие дознание говорят, что взрыв был эквивалентен может быть 300, а может, 1500 кг динамита. Заряд был подложен то ли в грузовик, то ли в канализационный колодец перед домом, который стал целью атаки. Единственной конкретной информацией, которую до сих пор сообщили прессе следственные бригады, являются размеры воронки, взрытой взрывом - 3,5 м глубины и 15 м ширины.
Московская милиция и ФСБ идут "по чеченскому следу". По их мнению, террористы, которые подняли в воздух дома на ул. Начальники "Красного суконщика" утверждают, что милиция изучала ладони всех работников фабрики и у каждого без исключения нашла следы гексогена. Реактив с химическим составом, подобным тому, что имеет взрывчатый материал, постоянно применяется на фабрике для окраски ткани.
В Москве продолжается облава на чеченцев о вообще на лиц с "кавказской внешностью" [избиения, включая таджиков и узбеков, и т.д.] Московское бюро "Хьюман Райтс Уотч" утверждает, что столичная милиция арестовала уже 20 тыс. людей с "кавказской внешностью".
Субботний "Московский комсомолец" обнаружил новые факты, связанные с четверговым взрывом на Каширском шоссе, которые не слишком согласуются с версией взрывов, принятой следственными бригадами. • Investigations into the bomb explosions in Moscow and Volgodonsk—as it appears—do not bring concrete results.
• It is still not even known where the charge was placed or what its power was, the explosion of which on Thursday killed 17 in Volgodonsk and injured over 400 people.
