Касаясь обстоятельств направления Мыльниковым А.В. «Обращения» от имени т.н. «Добровольцев России», Зандер Н.В. показала, что об этом ей стало известно от Тумасян А.Э., которая весной 2000 г. сообщила ей о просьбе Мыльникова А.В. в августе 1999 г. изготовить несколько печатных экземпляров «Обращения», для чего он предоставил ей рукописный текст этого документа, список адресов и несколько почтовых конвертов, а также проинструктировал о соблюдении при этом мер предосторожности, в частности, использовании компьютера кого-либо из своих знакомых, не сохранении файла с текстом, написании адресов на почтовых конвертах незнакомыми людьми, например детьми, играющим во дворе, что и было ею исполнено. Тогда же Тумасян А.Э. ознакомила Зандер Н.В. с рукописным текстом «Обращения», после чего последняя сделала для себя вывод о том, что он был подготовлен именно Мыльниковым А.В. поскольку ей был знаком его почерк, манера письма, а также то, что текст был написан гелевой ручкой черного цвета, которые любил использовать для письма Мыльников А.В. Тогда же она посоветовала Тумасян А.Э. обратиться с этим обращением в компетентные органы

Касаясь времени своего знакомства с Тумасян А.Э., Зандер Н.В. пояснила, что оно произошло после того, как она в феврале 2000 г. устроилась на работу в «Золотые страницы».

• Неудахиной М.М. о предоставлении ею в середине августа 1999 г. по месту своего проживания по адресу: г. Москва, ул. Кравченко, д. 12, кв. 331 Тумасян А.Э. своего персонального компьютера Pentium II «TECHMARKET COMPUTERS» и принтера EPSON STYLUS color 640 для написания и распечатки текста, содержание которого ей неизвестно;

Testimony Regarding the "Appeal"

Regarding the circumstances of the dispatch by A.V. Mylnikov of the "Appeal" on behalf of the so-called "Volunteers of Russia," N.V. Zander testified that she learned about this from A.E. Tumasyan, who in the spring of 2000 informed her of A.V. Mylnikov's request in August 1999 to produce several printed copies of the "Appeal." For this, he provided her with:

• A handwritten text of the document.
• A list of addresses.
• Several mailing envelopes.

He also instructed her on observing precautionary measures, including:

• Using someone else's computer.
• Not saving the file with the text.
• Having the addresses on the mailing envelopes written by strangers, such as children playing in the yard.

N.V. Zander carried out these instructions. At that same time, A.E. Tumasyan showed N.V. Zander the handwritten text of the "Appeal." After reviewing it, N.V. Zander concluded that it had been prepared specifically by A.V. Mylnikov because:

• She was familiar with his handwriting and writing style.
• The text was written with a black gel pen, which A.V. Mylnikov liked to use for writing.

She then advised A.E. Tumasyan to take this appeal to the competent authorities.

Regarding the time of her acquaintance with A.E. Tumasyan, N.V. Zander explained that it occurred after she started working at "Zolotye Stranitsy" in February 2000.

Zander regarding the time of their personal acquaintance in early 2000, as well as the data available in the criminal case regarding the preparation and dispatch in late August 1999 to the General Prosecutor's Office of the RF and the editorial office of "Novaya Gazeta" of the "Appeal" on behalf of the so-called "Volunteers of Russia" with a demand to release the latter from custody under the threat of committing acts of terrorism, refute the testimony of the accused A.V. Mylnikov in the part that the proposal to take measures for the release of the latter came to him directly from A.E. Tumasyan.

• Testimony of M.M. Neudakhina: Regarding her provision in mid-August 1999 at her place of residence at the address: Moscow, Kravchenko St., 12, apt. 331, to A.E. Tumasyan of her personal computer, a Pentium II "TECHMARKET COMPUTERS," and an EPSON STYLUS color 640 printer for writing and printing text, the content of which was unknown to her.
