алюминиевую пудру к Йоське приехали братья Батчаевы, Тимур и Заур. Они мне дали указание приобрести на Эркен-Шахарском сахарном заводе 5-7 тонн сахарного песку. Дали на это деньги. Я съездил в Эркен-Шахар и купил сахар. Он был доставлен в Кисловодск и сгружен на базе, директором которой был дядя Йоськи. Как и на каком транспорте сахар был доставлен на базу я не помню. Затем на эту же базу была вывезена взрывчатка, которая была смешана братьями Батчаевыми и одним ингушем в поселке Мирный, об этом я показывал выше. Взрывчатка представляла собой смесь аммиачной селитры и алюминиевой пудры. Она была перевезена из поселка Мирный на базу в Кисловодск на автомашине КАМАЗ, у которого вместо кузова был морской контейнер. Как зовут водителя этого КАМАЗа я не знаю, с ним договаривался Йоська. Этот водитель не знал, какой груз он перевозил. Машина была поставлена на этой базе, так как там было безопасней. Как взрывчатка и сахар была вывезена с базы я не знаю, так как тогда, как я показал выше, уехал обратно в Чечню к Абу-Умару. Хотел воевать. Тогда же от него я узнал, что часть взрывчатки ушла на Москву и была применена Гочияевым при взрывах домов. Абу-Умар дал мне указание вернуться в Ставропольский край, забрать оставшуюся часть взрывчатки и отвезти ее в Волгодонск для взрыва дома. Понимая, что у меня нет другого выхода, так как я, получается, один из тех, кто совершил взрывы домов в Москве, то я вынужден был выполнить и это указание Абу-Умара.

Ответ: Я полностью признаю себя виновным в подготовке и совершении вместе с указанными выше взрывов жилых домов в городе Москве в 1999 году и раскаиваюсь в содеянном.
