RESOLVED:

1. To initiate a petition before the Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation to extend the period of the preliminary investigation in criminal case No. 103 to ten months, i.e., until July 9, 2000, and the detention of R.Sh. Magayaev to 5 months and 21 days, i.e., until May 9, 2000.
2. To send a copy of this resolution to the General Prosecutor's Office of the RF.
