During the conduct of investigative actions and operational-search measures, it was established that the following individuals participated in the preparation and execution of the explosion:

• Krymshamkhalov Yusuf Ibragimovich

• Batchaev Timur Amurovich

  • Born in 1978

  • Employment Status: Temporarily unemployed

• Dekkushev Adam Osmanovich

After committing the crime, the aforementioned individuals absconded from the preliminary investigation authorities, and at the present time their whereabouts are unknown.

Issuance of Detention Orders

• On September 17, 1999, resolutions were issued regarding suspects Yu.I. Krymshamkhalov and T.A. Batchaev.
• On September 19, 1999, a resolution was issued regarding suspect A.O. Dekkushev.

Pursuant to Article 90 of the CCP of the RSFSR, resolutions were issued on the selection of a preventive measure — detention in custody.
