По заключениям взрывотехнических, криминалистических, биологических, химических и других проведенных по делу экспертиз установлено, что:
- мощность использованного при совершении преступления взрывного устройства в тротиловом эквиваленте составляет 800-1850 кг;
- для совершения взрыва применялась смесь тротила, гексогена, алюминия и, возможно, аммиачной селитры;
- самодельное взрывное устройство было установлено в автомашине ГАЗ-53 или в непосредственной близости от него;
- в смывах, сделанных при осмотре автомобиля КАМАЗ, имеются следы тротила и гексогена;
- на предметах, изъятых в автомашине «КАМАЗ», имеются биологические следы и волосы, пригодные для идентификации;
- на купюрах, полученных Искендеровым А.И. от обвиняемых за проданный им автомобиль, имеются четыре следа пальцев рук пригодных для идентификации.

Срок предварительного следствия по настоящему уголовному делу продлен заместителем Генерального прокурора Российской Федерации до двадцати семи месяцев.

В указанный период:

Продолжался розыск обвиняемых оперативно-следственными группами УФСБ РФ по Ростовской области и ФСБ России, в том числе на территории Чеченской Республики и соседних республик Северо-Кавказского региона. Получены данные о пребывании Крымшамхалова Ю.И. на базе чеченских боевиков в п. Биркиани Ахметского района Грузии, о нахождении Деккушева А.О. в Шатойском районе Чеченской Республики, о ранении Батчаева Т.А. и переправке его на лечение в Грузию. Однако, установить точное местонахождение обвиняемых до настоящего времени ни не представилось возможным.

Продолжена работа по установлению мест фактического проживания лиц, пострадавших в результате взрыва, которые указаны в новом списке представленном администрацией г. Волгодонска.

Так, за период с момента предыдущего продления срока следствия допрошены и признаны потерпевшими и гражданскими истцами Кирченков Б.А., Гончарова Е.В., Гусакова И.А., Денисенко В.Н., Демьяненко И.П., Дубинская Л.Б., Виттенберг Л.В., Миронова Л.А., Дубовой Д.А., Матющенко Т.Б., Лебедев И.И., Мигашкин А.Т., Капинин А.Н., Игнатенко З.Н., Назарова

Findings from Examinations

According to the conclusions of the explosive, forensic, biological, chemical, and other examinations conducted in the case, it has been established that:

• The power of the explosive device used in the commission of the crime in TNT equivalent is 800-1850 kg.
• A mixture of TNT, hexogen, aluminum, and, possibly, ammonium nitrate was used to carry out the explosion.
• The improvised explosive device was installed in a GAZ-53 vehicle or in the immediate vicinity of it.
• In the swabs taken during the inspection of the KAMAZ vehicle, there are traces of TNT and hexogen.
• On the items seized from the "KAMAZ" vehicle, there are biological traces and hair suitable for identification.
• On the banknotes received by A.I. Iskenderov from the accused for the vehicle he sold, there are four fingerprints suitable for identification.

The term of the preliminary investigation in this criminal case has been extended by the Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation to twenty-seven months.

Activities During the Extension Period

During the specified period:

• The search for the accused continued by operational-investigative groups of the UFSB of the RF for the Rostov Region and the FSB of Russia, including on the territory of the Chechen Republic and neighboring republics of the North Caucasus region.
• Data were obtained regarding the stay of Yu.I. Krymshamkhalov at a base of Chechen militants in the village of Birkiani, Akhmeta District of Georgia, regarding the location of A.O. Dekkushev in the Shatoy District of the Chechen Republic, regarding the wounding of T.A. Batchaev and his transfer for treatment to Georgia.
• However, it has not been possible to establish the exact location of the accused to date.
• Work continued on establishing the places of actual residence of persons who suffered as a result of the explosion, who are indicated in the new list submitted by the administration of the city of Volgodonsk.
