Investigator Inspector of OPPI OVD-1, Police Lieutenant Gubaydullina S.N., having reviewed the materials of criminal case No. 173 and the application of citizen Chernyavskaya Larisa Ivanovna on recognizing her as a victim and a civil plaintiff in the present case

HAS ESTABLISHED:
* On 16.09.99, a terrorist act was committed in the city of Volgodonsk, as a result of which citizen Chernyavskaya L.I. suffered.
* Taking into account that criminal actions caused property damage to citizen Chernyavskaya Larisa Ivanovna, guided by Art. 139 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the RSFSR, Articles 29, 53, 54, 58 and 137 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the RSFSR,

HAS RESOLVED:
* To recognize Chernyavskaya Larisa Ivanovna as a victim and a civil plaintiff in the present case for the amount of 2000 rubles.

It has been explained to the victim and civil plaintiff Chernyavskaya L.I. that in accordance with Art. 53 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the RSFSR, they have the right to:
* Provide evidence;
* File motions;
* Familiarize themselves with all materials of the case from the moment the preliminary investigation is completed;
* Participate in the trial;
* Challenge the court;
* File complaints against the actions of the person conducting the inquiry, the investigator, the prosecutor and the court;
* File complaints against the sentence or court ruling and resolutions of the people's judge.

In accordance with Art. 54 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the RSFSR, they have the right:
* To provide evidence;

* Participate in the trial;
* Request the body: the inquiry body, the investigator and the court to take measures to secure the filed claim;
* Support a civil claim;
* Familiarize themselves with the materials of the case from the moment the preliminary investigation is completed;

* File complaints against the actions of the person conducting the inquiry, the investigator, the prosecutor and the court, as well as file complaints against the sentence and court ruling in the part concerning the civil claim.
