Statement Regarding Questions

Regarding the substance of the questions asked, I stated the following: 16.09.1999.

In the city of Volgodonsk, a terrorist act was committed at 35a Oktyabrskoye Shosse Ave. My apartment No. 3 at 29 Oktyabrskoye Shosse Ave. fell into the blast zone. As a result of the explosion, the following property of mine was damaged:

• dishes — 500 rubles
• wearable items — 4000 rubles
• curtains (tulle) — 2000 rubles
• carpet (5 x 4 m) — 2000 rubles
• 'Beshtau' wall unit — 2000 rubles
• electrical appliances — 3000 rubles

Total damage amounted to 13,500 rubles.

No bodily injuries were caused to me or my family members.

On November 21, 2000, my daughter Olga Alexandrovna Shapovalova, born June 3, 1977, died (diagnosis: acute heart failure). She is buried in Volgodonsk.

I request to be recognized as a victim and a civil plaintiff.
