In the city of Volgodonsk, a terrorist act was committed at 35 Oktyabrskoe Shosse. The explosion zone included the apartment of my parents, the Kiselevs, in which I was staying at that moment with my son, Alexander Sergeevich Yuzhin, born in 1993. As a result of the explosion, the following property belonging to me was damaged:

• Personal belongings — 10,000 rubles.
• Baby stroller — 1,500 rubles
• Carpet (2 x 3 m) — 1,000 rubles

The total damage amounted to: 12,500 rubles.

In addition, I sustained physical injuries: closed craniocerebral injury (CCI), barotrauma. I sought medical assistance at the Atommash medical unit. After that, my son and I underwent treatment at a neuropsychiatric dispensary located in the 'Yolochka' kindergarten. Medical certificates are available; there is no forensic medical examination (SME) report.
