Questions and Answers

Question: Your and Dekkushev's partner, who will be distributing the goods in Moscow. Who specifically participated in these conversations, what specifically were these conversations about, and what goods were meant in your testimony?
Answer: As far as I remember, either Dekkushev or Abaev simply informed me for informational purposes that Gochiyayev is our partner who will be distributing the goods in Moscow. I did not have a conversation with Gochiyayev himself on this topic. By "goods" was meant that mixture (I was sure it was dry paint) which was mixed in the courtyard of Zukhra Karabasheva's household in the summer of 1999.

Question: Who, in your opinion, directed the process of manufacturing the explosive substance at Zukhra Karabasheva's household in August 1999, bearing in mind A.O. Dekkushev and other participants in these works?
Answer: I cannot draw a conclusion as to who was the senior person during the manufacture of the mixture at Zukhra Karabasheva's household in the summer of 1999. As it seemed to me, Dekkushev was assigned the role of "supplier" — he obtained the bags, packets, components of the mixture, sugar, and so on. Who was the senior among the four who were directly performing the mixing: Denis Saitakov, Magomed Tsokiev, Timur and Zaur Batchaev, I cannot say, as they mostly worked in my absence. I, for my part, helped Dekkushev as much as I could.

Question: Are you acquainted with Tatyana Vasilievna Tambovtseva? If so, when, where, and under what circumstances did you meet, and what was the nature of your relationship?
Answer: Yes, I am acquainted with Tatyana Vasilievna Tambovtseva. We met around 1994. We had an intimate relationship; periodically there were quarrels and grievances between us, as with all people. Sometimes we didn't even communicate for six months. However, at our last meeting, we parted peacefully.
