A bag made of transparent polymer material, tied with a white polymer thread. The ends of the thread are secured with a paper tag. On one side of the tag, there is a seal impression: "Prosecutor of Kislovodsk, Stavropol Krai FOR PACKAGES". On the other side of the tag, there are the following handwritten inscriptions: "Particles of plant origin and polymer material. seized on 02.10.99. Senior Investigator ..." (made with black dye) and "Package No. 4 Witnesses 1. ... 2. ... investigator ... specialist 1. ... 2. ..." (made with blue dye). Inside the package, the following were found:

• 4.1. Two fragments of adhesive tape with deposits of brown and silver-gray substances, packed in a bag made of transparent polymer material.
• 4.2. Two fragments of adhesive tape with deposits of silver-gray and brown substances, packed in a bag made of transparent polymer material.
• 4.3. A fragment of adhesive tape with deposits of brown and silver-gray substances, fragments of film threads made of colorless polymer material, and objects resembling household waste, packed in a bag made of transparent polymer material.
• 4.4. Objects resembling household waste and red onion skins, packed in a bag made of transparent polymer material.
• 4.5. Fragments of film threads made of colorless polymer material, packed in a bag made of transparent polymer material.
• 4.6. Two fragments of adhesive tape with deposits of silver-gray and brown substances, packed in a bag made of transparent polymer material.

(handwritten in blue dye). Inside the package, the following were found:

• 5.1. A substance resembling soil, and objects resembling household waste.
