Taking into account that there is sufficient evidence indicating signs of a crime provided for by Part 3 of Art. 285 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, guided by Art. 140, 145, 146 and part one of Art. 156 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation,

HAS DECIDED:

1. To initiate a criminal case against Stanislav Sergeevich Lyubichev, whose actions show signs of a crime provided for by Part 3 of Art. 285 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
2. To take the criminal case into one's own proceedings and proceed with its investigation.
3. To send a copy of this resolution to the acting prosecutor of the Stavropol Territory.
