Before the start of the interrogation, the rights provided for by part four of Art. 46 of the CCP RF were explained to me:
* To know what I am suspected of, and to receive a copy of the resolution to initiate a criminal case against me, or a copy of the detention protocol, or a copy of the resolution on the application of a preventive measure in the form of detention;
* To give explanations and testimony regarding the suspicion against me or to refuse to give explanations and testimony;
* To use the assistance of a defense counsel from the moment provided for by paragraphs 2 and 3 of part three of Art. 49 of the CCP RF, and to have a meeting with him in private and confidentially before my first interrogation;
* To present evidence;
* To file motions and challenges;
* To give testimony and explanations in my native language or a language I speak;
* To use the services of an interpreter free of charge;
* To familiarize myself with the protocols of investigative actions carried out with my participation, and to submit comments on them;
* To participate, with the permission of the investigator or interrogator, in investigative actions carried out at my request, the request of my defense counsel or legal representative;
* To file complaints against the actions (inaction) and decisions of the court, prosecutor, investigator and interrogator;
* To defend myself by other means and methods not prohibited by the CCP RF.

It has been explained to me that in accordance with Art. 51 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, I am not obliged to testify against myself, my spouse, and other close relatives, the circle of which is defined by paragraph 4 of Art. 5 of the CCP RF.
