We, employees of the forensic laboratory of military unit 34435, Bogdanov Vladimir Mikhailovich, Zhavoronok Olga Viktorovna, and Semin Valery Viktorovich, in connection with the assignment to perform an explosives forensic examination for criminal case No. 22073, have been warned by the head of the expert institution under Art. 307 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation regarding liability for providing a knowingly false conclusion and under Art. 310 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation regarding liability for disclosing preliminary investigation data.
In accordance with Art. 187 of the RSFSR Code of Criminal Procedure, the rights and duties of an expert, as provided for in Art. 82 of the RSFSR Code of Criminal Procedure, have been explained to us.

Experts of the forensic laboratory of military unit 34435, Bogdanov Vladimir Mikhailovich (higher technical education, specialty: metallurgical engineer, 15 years of expert work experience, position: leading expert), Zhavoronok Olga Viktorovna (higher technical education, specialty: chemical technologist, 4 years of expert work experience, position: senior expert), and Semin Valery Viktorovich (higher technical education, specialty: process engineer, 9 years of expert work experience, position: senior expert), based on the resolution dated October 20, 1999, by the senior investigator of the Kislovodsk Prosecutor's Office, Junior Counselor of Justice E.Yu. Arefev, conducted a forensic chemical examination from February 8 to February 15, 2000, based on the materials of criminal case No. 22073.
The following objects were placed at the disposal of the experts in accordance with the resolution:
* a sack and a robe, seized during a search in the courtyard of Yu. Krymshamkhalov's house.
