• Shape: Letter "P" (U-shaped).
• Type: Nine-story panel building.
• Condition at Inspection:
  • All glass is missing in the building.
  • Most window frames and balcony doors are damaged.
  • Ground around the house has numerous glass fragments and wooden parts of frames.
  • No other visible damage to the building.

Building No. 71

• Location: North side of building No. 73 along Gagarin St.
• Shape: Letter "G" (L-shaped).
• Type: Five-story panel building.
• Condition at Inspection:
  • Most of the glass in the windows is missing; some glass is intact.
  • On the 3rd floor of the 2nd entrance, a balcony frame is damaged; other balconies are intact.
  • Ground around the house has numerous glass fragments.
  • No other visible damage to the building.
