Observations

• On the floor are debris and pieces of plaster.
• The elevator door is undamaged.
• On the floor by the elevator doors is a duffel bag with remnants of asbestos cloth, with a white metal spoon and a black handle.
• Opposite the elevator doors, a door leads to the fire escape.
• The hatch to the attic is open.
• On the right side, a wooden stool was found, which stands in front of the door to the hall where apartments 191 and 192 are located.
• The door to the hall is closed.

Activity During Inspection

• During the inspection of the entrance, work was being carried out in the entrance and on the roof by EMERCOM forces.
• Residents of the entrance were taking measures to remove property.

Inspection Procedure

• The inspection was carried out in the direction from the 1st to the 9th floor; those inspecting moved on foot.
• No objects of interest to the investigation were found.
• Nothing was seized during the inspection.
• Forensic equipment was not used.
