Inspection Report

Before the start of the inspection, all persons present were notified of the use of video recording. In addition, the witnesses, in accordance with Art. 135 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, were explained their duty to certify the fact, content, and results of the inspection of the scene.

The Inspection Revealed:

• A 12-story brick house located on Guryanova St. in Moscow is being inspected.
• The inspection is carried out clockwise from the entrance.
• No external damage was found on the outer side of wall No. 1 of the house.
• The glass of balconies and windows is not damaged.
• On the adjacent territory there are numerous glass fragments.
• The bulk of the fragments is concentrated on the left side of the entrance.
• In the same place, the asphalt is covered with red-brown dust.
• Opposite the entrance, cars are parked:

  • VAZ 2101 license plate 14-42 MKU
  • ZAZ license plate M 208 AA 77
  • Moskvich 412 station wagon license plate P 9711 NN.
• The surface of these cars is covered with a layer of red-brown dust.
• Wall No. 2 has no external damage.
