In response to your deputy inquiry dated 31.07.2002 No. KS-2322 regarding information on Gochiyayev Achemez Shagabanovich, born 28.09.1970, a native of the city of Karachayevsk – we are sending to your address a certificate from the Republican Address and Reference Bureau of the MVD of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic with detailed information on the issues of interest to you.
Gochiyayev A. Sh. lived from 1970 to 1987 in the city of Karachayevsk, Kurdzhieva St. 14, apt. 34. In 1987, he left for Moscow. On December 21, 1988, he was conscripted into the ranks of the Soviet Army by the Lyublinsky military commissariat of Moscow.
