Rights of the Accused

• From the moment of the announcement to me of the detention protocol or the decree on this measure;
• To participate in the judge's consideration of complaints in the manner provided by Art. 220-2 of the CCP of the RSFSR;
• To participate in the court proceedings in the first instance;
• To challenge officials;
• To file complaints against the actions and decisions of the investigator, prosecutor, and court;
• To defend one's rights and legal interests by any means and methods not contrary to the law, as well as the right to a final word as a defendant.

The accused familiarized himself with the contents of Art. 48 and 51 of the Constitution of the RF, Art. 46, 76?, 141-1, 151, 152, 154, 220-1, 220-2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the RSFSR, Art. 30, 150, and 205 of the Criminal Code of the RF by means of personal reading.
