According to the testimony of witness Tumasyan A.E., the above-mentioned handwritten text of the "Appeal" was executed by Mylnikov A.V. at the apartment of Zander N.V. in August 1999 and then handed over to her for the production of printed copies, which she did, as confirmed by the above-mentioned printed copies of the same "Appeal."

• A letter from the Chairman of the Ostankino Inter-municipal Court of the North-Eastern Administrative District of Moscow, Prokofieva V.A., from which it follows that from May 7, 1999, to January 14, 2000, this court handled a criminal case charging Zander N.V. with committing a crime under Parts 4 and 5 of Art. 33 – para. "b" and Part 3 of Art. 163 of the Criminal Code of the RF, as well as Zander A.S. and Marchenko V.V. On July 8, 1999, due to the severity of the charges brought against Zander N.V., the court issued a ruling changing her preventive measure from recognizance not to leave to detention, and she was taken into custody in the courtroom. By a ruling of the Moscow City Court dated August 31, 1999, the defendant's appeal was denied, and the court's ruling remained unchanged.
