руженного формирования из числа ваххабитов названной Республики, вывода его через Клухорский перевал в Грузию для последующего учас-
тия в боевых действиях на стороне чеченских бандформирований; орга-
низация и совершение террористических актов в КЧР и прилегающих к
ней районах Ставропольского края для дестабилизации обстановки в
Северо-Кавказском регионе России.
В этой связи, для активизации работы по задержанию Гочияева и
пресечению его преступных намерений направлены отдельные поручения
и ориентировки в Главное управление Генеральной прокуратуры Рос-
сийской Федерации на Северном Кавказе, Оперативно-розыскное управ-
ление 2 Департамента ФСБ России, ГУУР и ГУБОП МВД РФ, НЦБ Интерпола
в России, в адрес командования Северо-Кавказского пограничного ок-
руга, а также в органы государственной безопасности стран Закав-
казья.
Кроме того, в продленный срок совместно с задействованными в
розыске подразделениями ФСБ России завершены проверки следующей ин-
формации:
- о возможном хранении взрывчатых веществ, вывезенных из Чечни
в марте 2000 года террористической группой Гочияева А. для исполь-
зования в приготовлении новых актов терроризма у проживающих в
Ставропольском крае у родственников и близких связей ее участников
Бостанова А. и Бостанова М.;
- о возможном использовании террористами при доставке взрывча-
тых веществ в августе 1999 года с территории Чечни в Ставропольский
край грузовых автомашин марки КАМАЗ: на одной двери одной из них
имеется надпись "Черкесск, завод КАСКАД"; грузовика с госномером Ж
97-51 ЧИ или Ж 91-57 ЧИ;
- о возможном нахождении: обвиняемого Крымшамхалова в мае 2000
года в п. Мирный Предгорного района Ставропольского края по адресу:
Безымянный переулок дом 8 и в августе 2000 году в п. Майский Прику-
банского района КЧР; обвиняемого Сайтакова в апреле 2000 года в
г. Свияжске Республики Татарстан и в июне 2000 года в г. Моздок Рес-
публики Северная Осетия - Алания.
Однако изложенная выше информация в ходе проведенных оператив-
но-розыскных мероприятий и следственных действий не нашла своего

In this regard, to intensify work on the detention of Gochiyayev and the suppression of his criminal intentions, separate instructions and orientations have been sent to:

• The Main Directorate of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation in the North Caucasus
• The Operational-Search Directorate of the 2nd Department of the FSB of Russia
• The GUUR and GUBOP of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation
• The NCB of Interpol in Russia
• The command of the North Caucasus Border District
• The state security agencies of the Transcaucasian countries.

In addition, during the extended period, checks of the following information were completed jointly with the FSB of Russia units involved in the search:

• Regarding the possible storage of explosives removed from Chechnya in March 2000 by the terrorist group of A. Gochiyayev for use in the preparation of new acts of terrorism at the residences of relatives and close associates of its members A. Bostanov and M. Bostanov in the Stavropol Krai;
• Regarding the possible use by terrorists during the delivery of explosives in August 1999 from the territory of Chechnya to the Stavropol Krai of KAMAZ trucks: on one door of one of them there is the inscription "Cherkessk, KASKAD plant"; a truck with license plate Zh 97-51 CHI or Zh 91-57 CHI;
• Regarding the possible location of:
  • The accused Krymshamkhalov in May 2000 in the settlement of Mirny, Predgorny District, Stavropol Krai at the address: Bezymyanny Lane, house 8, and in August 2000 in the settlement of Maysky, Prikubansky District, KCHR;
  • The accused Saitakov in April 2000 in the city of Sviyazhsk, Republic of Tatarstan, and in June 2000 in the city of Mozdok, Republic of North Ossetia-Alania.

However, the information set forth above, in the course of operational-search measures and investigative actions, did not find its
