УСТАНОВИЛ:

Настоящее уголовное дело возбуждено по фактам взрывов в жилых домах в городах Москве и Волгодонске Ростовской области в сентябре 1999 г.
(излагаются обстоятельства уголовного дела и основания производства расследования следственной группой)
С учётом сложности производства расследования следственной группой уголовного дела и его большого объёма производство предварительного следствия по нему необходимо поручить следственной группе.
На основании изложенного и руководствуясь ст. 163 УПК РФ,

ПОСТАНОВИЛ:

1. Поручить производство по уголовному делу № 103 следственной группе в составе: следователь по особо важным делам Следственного управления ФСБ России капитан юстиции Игнатьев В.А.,

HAS ESTABLISHED:

• The present criminal case was initiated regarding the facts of explosions in residential buildings in the cities of Moscow and Volgodonsk, Rostov Region, in September 1999.
  (the circumstances of the criminal case and the grounds for conducting the investigation by an investigative group are set forth)
• Taking into account the complexity of the investigation of the criminal case by an investigative group and its large volume, the conduct of the preliminary investigation must be assigned to an investigative group.
• Based on the above and guided by Article 163 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation,

HAS DECIDED:
