чавшийся в результате взрывной травмы от закрытой черепно-мозговой травмы – кровоподтёков и ссадин на кожных покровах лица и волосистой части головы, кровоизлияний в мягкие ткани головы, переломов костей свода и основания черепа, тотального субарахноидального кровоизлияния, и Зарезина Людмила Геннадьевна, 1960 г.р., скончавшаяся 20 сентября 1999 г. в результате взрывной травмы с повреждением головного мозга, переломами рёбер и множественными осколочными ранениями головы, туловища, верхних и нижних конечностей.
По не зависящим от преступников обстоятельствам из числа граждан, находившихся в момент взрыва в близлежащих от его эпицентра многоэтажных жилых домах и на прилегающей к ним территории города, остались живы получившие при этом тяжкий вред здоровью: Глинка Виктория Евгеньевна, 1982 г.р., - закрытый перелом костей таза, разрыв мочевого пузыря и множественные резаные раны лица; Глинка Евгений Анатольевич, 1956 г.р., - осколочное проникающее ранение живота с повреждением тонкого кишечника и левой почки, потребовавшим её удаления; Замковый Виктор Владимирович, 1948 г.р., - тяжёлую черепно-мозговую травму, ушиб головного мозга, тупую травму наружных половых органов - разрыв уретры и полный разрыв левого яичка, закрытый переломо-вывих левого лучезапястного сустава, множественные ссадины, раны туловища и конечностей; Карпенко Анастасия Александровна, 1991 г.р., - закрытую черепно-мозговую травму с переломом правых теменно-височных костей, субарахноидальными кровоизлияниями и ушибом головного мозга; Кодак Валентина Алексеевна, 1948 г.р., - проникающее роговично-склеративное ранение правого глаза с утратой зрения; Корж Элеонора Антоновна, 1941 г.р., - закрытую черепно-мозговую травму в виде сотрясения головного мозга, травматический отрыв левого предплечья, множественные резаные раны лица, туловища и конечностей, травматический шок 1-й степени; Круглов Алексей Михайлович, 1976 г.р., - закрытую тупую травму живота, разрыв правой доли печени; Кузьмина Лидия Петровна, 1952 г.р., - множественные рваные раны лица, левой верхней конечности, подвывих 2-го шейного позвонка; Макарская Анна Александровна, 1982 г.р., - подвывих 3-5 шейных позвонков; Маркова Елена Степановна, 1913 г.р., - открытую черепно-мозговую травму, характеризующуюся раной лобной области слева, переломом лобной кости, повреждением твёрдой мозговой оболочки, размозжением вещества головного мозга и эпидуральной гематомой; Менделева Юлия Борисовна, 1986 г.р., - открытую черепно-мозговую травму, многооскольчатые переломы костей свода и ос-

Casualties and Injuries

• [Unnamed individual] died as a result of explosive trauma from a closed traumatic brain injury – bruises and abrasions on the skin of the face and scalp, hemorrhages into the soft tissues of the head, fractures of the bones of the vault and base of the skull, total subarachnoid hemorrhage.
• Zarezina Lyudmila Gennadyevna, born 1960, died on September 20, 1999, as a result of explosive trauma with brain damage, rib fractures, and multiple shrapnel wounds to the head, torso, upper and lower limbs.

Survivors with Injuries

Due to circumstances beyond the control of the perpetrators, among the citizens who were in the multi-story residential buildings near the epicenter at the moment of the explosion and in the adjacent territory of the city, those who sustained severe harm to their health remained alive:

  • Severe traumatic brain injury, brain contusion, blunt trauma to the external genitalia - rupture of the urethra and complete rupture of the left testicle.
