До взрывов в 1999 году в городах Москве и Волгодонске я их не видел. Я теоретически знаю, как изготавливается такой часовой механизм, но сам его никогда не изготавливал. Я слышал об этом от кого-то в отряде, знаю, что в электронных часах, используемых в таком часовом механизме, надо перепаять контакт будильника, чтобы соединить какие-то детали последовательно в электрическую цепь, но сам я этого сделать не смогу и как это делается не видел. Электродетонаторы я видел в отряде Абу Джафара довольно часто, с их помощью производилось минирование. Повторяю, что такой часовой механизм и электродетонаторы я летом 1999 года ни у кого не видел, я имею в виду Гочияева, братьев Батчаевых и других, кто изготавливал взрывчатое вещество в поселке Мирном.
