в соответствии со ст. 174 и 189 УПК РФ дополнительно допросил по уголовному делу № 103 обвиняемого Крымшамхалова Юсуфа Ибрагимовича
данные о личности которого имеются в данном уголовном деле.

Basis: in accordance with Art. 174 and 189 of the CCP RF, additionally interrogated in criminal case No. 103 the accused Krymshamkhalov Yusuf Ibragimovich whose personal data is contained in this criminal case.

The participating persons were informed about the use of technical means --
Before the start of the interrogation, the rights provided for in paragraphs 3, 4, 7, and 8 of part four of Art. 47 of the CCP RF were additionally explained to me:
