Однако хочу заявить, что полностью не признаю своей вины в совершении актов терроризма 8 и 13 сентября 1999 года в городе Москве – взрывов жилых домов, считаю себя не причастным к этим событиям. Я признаю себя частично виновным в совершении акта терроризма 16 сентября 1999 года – взрыве жилого дома в городе Волгодонске, так как не приводил в действие взрывной механизм и не определял место размещения взрывчатого вещества.

Я полностью не признаю себя виновным в совершении преступлений, предусмотренных п.п. "а", "в", "д", "е", "ж" и "н" ч.2 ст.105, ч. 3 ст. 30 и п.п. "а", "в", "д", "е", "ж" и "н" ч.2 ст.105 УК РФ, то есть в умышленном убийстве и покушении на умышленное убийство, так как у меня при совершении акта терроризма 16 сентября 1999 года в городе Волгодонске не было умысла и намерения убивать людей, а также я не совершал действий, которые могли бы вызвать смерть людей. К взрывам жилых домов в городе Москве, как я показал выше, я не имею вообще никакого отношения.

Я полностью не признаю себя виновным в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч. 2 ст. 291 УК РФ, то есть в даче взятки должностному лицу за совершении им заведомо незаконных действий. Мешок сахара был передан сотруднику милиции, пропустившему автомашину с взрывчатым веществом через пост ГАИ, после окончания перевозки в качестве дружеского подарка, был ему заранее не обещан и не связан с фактом пропуска машины через пост.

Я полностью не признаю себя виновным в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч. 1 ст. 30 и ч. 3 ст. 205 УК РФ, то есть в совершении в составе организованной группы лиц подготовки к актам терроризма. Plea Statement

• I plead partially guilty to the commission of the act of terrorism on September 16, 1999 – the explosion of a residential building in the city of Volgodonsk, as I did not activate the explosive mechanism and did not determine the placement of the explosive substance.

Regarding Other Charges

• I completely do not plead guilty to the commission of crimes provided for by subparagraphs "a", "v", "d", "e", "zh" and "n" of Part 2 of Art. 105, Part 3 of Art. 30 and subparagraphs "a", "v", "d", "e", "zh" and "n" of Part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, that is, in intentional murder and attempted intentional murder.

  • During the commission of the act of terrorism on September 16, 1999, in the city of Volgodonsk, I had no intent or intention to kill people, nor did I perform actions that could cause the death of people.
